Damaged?
If you accidentally drop or damage your pen or require work or repairs, please contact us before you send it to us. We may be able to advise on a fix or repair and / or give you an estimate (best guess) on the repair cost. Any repairs and costs will be approved by the owner.

Return Guidelines
As an on-line shopper myself, I’ve experienced the anxiety of committing to the purchase of something I haven’t held in my hands and examined closely. I want you to buy with confidence and be happy with your purchase. You should not be compelled to keep something that doesn’t meet your expectations. So, in an effort to alleviate any anxiety and to insure your satisfaction, I offer a full refund on your purchase as long as you meet the following conditions: My pens are a combination of wood turning and the components I purchase from others. I will accept responsibility for my craftsmanship and the assembly of my pens. If, under normal use, one of my pens fails or comes apart, I will refund, repair or replace it at my discretion. If replaced, it will differ from the original, due to different wood or acrylics. Refills are not included as refundable items. If you are unhappy with the quality of the craftsmanship, or that of the metal components, I will refund your purchase price (less shipping and handling) if the pen is returned intact and undamaged, within 30 days of the original invoice. If the pens shows obvious signs of misuse, abuse, or damage beyond my control, no refund will be made. |
All returns must be sent insured and postage paid, with a copy of your receipt (if possible) and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
