Your privacy is very important to us at JC Wood Pens. We will not knowingly share or sell any personal information collected at this site about you without your permission. We do make changes to this site on a frequent basis and our policies may be changed or revised. If you have any questions regarding your privacy please feel free to contact us before you submit any information at this site.

Mailing Lists
We do not at this time maintain a mailing list or store your private information. We do plan to add a newsletter sometime in the future and plan to store that information. We do maintain a database with the sales information on all of our pens and other items. We keep this database for internal records for sales and customer information. We will not sell or share your personal information with other persons or companies. JC Wood Pens wants to earn and keep you as a customer so let us know if you have questions regarding your trust and confidentiality while using this site. We are a hobby or cottage type business so your opinions are very important to us. Payment / Secure Orders JC Wood Pens processes orders through a ‘shopping cart’ system. We currently use Pay Pal or Credit Card for all transactions. You do need to be a member or join either of these systems to order from us. Almost any current credit card you have may be used at time of checkout. We will also take a check or make other arrangements to complete your purchase. Please contact us for these alternate methods of payment. Please contact us and let us know if you have any concerns, questions, or other issues regarding our order process. Site Content JC Wood Pens reserves all rights concerning the site content, images, concept and design. You may not, under any condition, copy or redistribute any content from this site without our written permission. All images contained in this website are copyrighted and are the sole property of JC Wood Pens except as noted. Some images and designs have been purchased by us for use on this site. Images and content are not too copied, altered, or otherwise used by others without our express permission. We try to provide images that accurately illustrate the products we have for sale. Most of the images can be enlarged for your review. Due to the variety of software, web browsers, and monitors; sometimes, the image my not accurately display true image colors of our product. If you find something you may want to use, just contact us for permission. We will probably give you permission as long as we get proper recognition. |
Product Substitution
Being a small hobby type business, sometimes we are not at the shop on some days. We do take vacations and go out of town and we don’t have other employees. There may a slight delay in processing your order or request. On occasion, multiple orders have been placed for the same item prior to us marking it as Sold. If a particular item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can. At that time you can cancel the order, select something else or even have use make something very similar for your use. Site Discrepancies and Errors I am not a HTML programmer or web site design expert. I’m just an old guy doing the best he can to learn about web design and putting together this site for your perusal. Again, this is just a hobby for us; but, we try to keep the content of our site up to date and accurate. The site is updated sometimes on a daily basis and due to the size of our site (and some forgetfulness) there may be inadvertent discrepancies from time to time. In the event of discrepancies about our products, pricing, descriptions, availability, or site content we would like to be contacted regarding your questions or issues. |
