We do Commission Work at your request.
We enjoy working with Owner supplied wood where the client can select the style of pen, the hardware, and optional laser engraving. Our client will then have keepsake or pens with sentimental value they can give to children and relatives. Part of our commission work includes making Wedding Pens for that special occasion. There are several examples of some of our work shown below. We can do a single pen or dozens or more. If you want to send us your wood, the minimum size we need is 1"x1"x6" long. A larger piece is better, as we can select an area with grain patterns etc.

We have made pens from broken rifle stocks, fence posts, barn siding, a piano
bench, antique pine building framing, etc.

These pens were made from 100+ year old wood from part of the structure of the yacht club. The club berger is on the barrel and club initials are laser engraved on one side.
The pens are twist ballpoints in chrome and gun metal.

Commission work for a Louisiana State Trooper
This twist ballpoint has gold hardware, the wood is blue dyed buckeye burl. The lieutenant badge emblem was added to the upper barrel. Two additional pens were made with 'trooper' badge emblems. These are also blue dyed buckeye burl with gold hardware.
